Shon was amazing! She met me during horrible traffic as best for me. She was a cheerleader for poor installation fellows after city totally messed up turning water on and off. They completed the job before the holiday even though inconvenient for most involved. Amazing customer service aND the tub came out lovely. Could not be more pleased.

I have to say my husband and I have made lots of changes to our home, my only regret is that I didn’t know about Bath Masters. Our Cody was the BEST representative in the world! He was patient, kind and knows his stuff. How could our experience get any better... meeting Chad was the icing on the cake. These people are great and it starts way before them, shout out to Shawn! She kept things moving for us and she’s so nice! I have nothing but praise for this company. They’re the type of people you enjoy giving your money to. Good customer service
The people that I talked to was very informative. They were very nice. The estimate was very affordable and when they can out to install my shower it was the best thing I every done. I can not wait to tell my family and friends to come over and get a referral from me.
